Luxury Granada Apartments compromise of 4 Flats which is split between Flat 2, 3, 4 and 6. 

 

Each of the flat is self-catered.  Flat 3, 4 and 6 are one-bedroom flats with a lounge, kitchen and a shower room that has been recently refurbished to high standards.

 

Flat 2 is a huge two-bedroom flat with a huge lounge, dining room, kitchen, corridor, a garden, en-suite bedroom and a large bathroom that offers (6 in 1) jacuzzi-shower.

Flat 4 and 6 can accommodate up to 2 adults while Flat 3 up to 3 adults and Flat 2 up to 5 adults. 

 

All our flats come furnished that includes sofa-bed, double divan bed, quality linens (Egyptian cotton) and we supply guest towels, hand towels, bath towels, slippers and toiletries to each guest.

Every kitchen comes with essential amenities including microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cutleries, crockeries, kitchen towels, washing machine and dryer combi, oven and cooker. In Flat 2 onle we have additionally a dishwasher.

Every flat comes with FREE Virgin Media Wi-Fi up to speeds of 256 mbps of download speed.

We provide housekeeping service every week that gives you an opportunity to have a fresh set of bed linens for your comfort.

 

We provide FREE on-site parking for our guests and can have up to 4 cars on-site. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you require parking to ensure you have the available space. We do have a street parking available however, parking permit is required.

The location of the apartment is very convenient for everyone as it is only 2 minutes away from the Southsea beach, local shops, restaurants, The Pyramid, Canoe Lake and local attractions. Only 5 minutes away from the Portsmouth University by car.
